This year marks our 10-year anniversary in Cwmdu, and we are so proud of the families, children, and staff who have shaped our nursery into a warm, welcoming home-from-home.
Our nursery is a fun, nurturing, and happy place where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. We create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and confidence, helping every child grow through play and exploration.
We believe our innovative approach gives children a bright and positive start in life as we encourage both exploration and discovery as well as emotional intelligence and building friendships.
We are also proud to provide healthy balanced meals that are all freshly cooked daily.

Each room has been created for a different age group and offering space dedicated to unique needs and development level. This includes a large outdoor space, indoor soft play and beautifully designed sensory rooms.

Child Care
We aim to provide quality care that enhances your child's development within a homely, loving and nurturing environment for children from birth through to 12 years.
We offer a range of care options, and are proud to offer flying start sessions, Childcare Offer for Wales and tax free childcare.
This room is designed for babies from 3 months through to walking. The room is warm and inviting with soft lighting, cozy areas for cuddled and rest, and safe spaces where babies can explore at their own pace. A special feature of the room is our unique crawl in sensory area - Where babies can safely explore lights, textures and mirrors that support development
From walking to 24 months, the room is an engaging space designed to encourage curiosity, learning, and exploration. The environment is carefully organized with age appropriate resources that invite children to move, discover, and develop new skill through play and hands on experiences.
2 to 3 year olds - When your child turns two, they move into our Toddler Room, known as the Panda Room, focused on confidence and independence. This room is also where our flying start operates from. There are areas for building, sensory play, books and creative activities - allowing toddlers to explore and grow.
Our preschool room for children aged from 3 to 5 years is a large, vibrant space designed to support learning through play. The room features a variety of dedicated areas where children can explore different interests, including creative arts, construction, role play, reading, and plenty of space for free play.

Our Parrots Room is situated on the ground floor, where children have access to wonderful facilities including soft play and large outdoor space.
Suitable from 5 years to 12 years.Specially designated staff who are trained in play-work. Playwork is important because it gives children the freedom to relax, have fun and play in their own way after a structured school day.
Our Parrots club allows children to play, express themselves, build friendships and develop important social skills. Our nursery helps promote wellbeing, creativity and positive development.
Our holiday club offers fun, safe and engaging environment for children, up to 12 years old during school holidays. Based within our nursery, the club provides a wide range of exciting activities designed to keep children active, creative and entertained throughout the day.
Children can enjoy arts and craft, outdoor play, games, sports and themed activities, with plenty of opportunities to make new friends and explore their interests. Our experienced and caring staff create a welcoming atmosphere where children can relax, have fun, and enjoy their holidays in a supportive and stimulating setting.

We provide hot meals at lunchtime and tea-time for all children in attendance with a four week rolling menu.
