Typical Opportunities

Nursery Practitioner

Full-time / Part-time Level 2 or 3

Support children through play, routines, learning and wellbeing in a warm, structured nursery environment.

  • Deliver nurturing day-to-day care
  • Observe and support development
  • Build strong parent partnerships

Room Leader

Leadership role Experienced EYFS / Foundation Phase

Lead a room with confidence, guide practice and help shape a calm, inspiring environment for children and staff.

  • Coach and support colleagues
  • Maintain high-quality routines
  • Champion safeguarding and standards

Apprentice or Relief Team Member

Flexible routes in Learn while you work

Ideal if you want to begin an Early Years career or need a flexible role supporting both sites when needed.

We offer work placements for various qualifications in Early Years. Whether you are retraining after a career change, moved to the UK from abroad, or simply continuing your education at college, we are the right place for you.

If you are just entering this industry, there are Level 2 and 3 qualifications that can help you start your career. If you are an experienced Early Years practitioner, you can progress further with higher-level study and leadership development.
